  • How do I snipe a name?
  • Check out the snipe shop: chearful.ninja/snipes. If a name is not listed on there, you can request for it to be added.
  • How much is a snipe?
  • Snipes are priced at their name's value. Transfers are 80-90% of the name value, and the minimum amount for a snipe is $5.
  • Where did my snipe go?
  • If you had a snipe queued and it was deleted, it was overrided by one of our support staff. The most likely reason for this was that it was a transfer. You should have received a refund when the deletion took place.
  • Will I be refunded if my snipe fails?
  • Provided that the fault entirely lies on our end, yes!
  • Why is my ticket taking so long to get a reply?
  • We aim to reply to all tickets within 24 hours. Some tickets may take more time than others by nature, but rest assured we'll reply to it ASAP.
  • What is a name transfer?
  • A name transfer is where someone has deliberately changed the name on their account so that they can re-snipe it onto a brand new account. We do not override these snipes for others. It is often done to become the OG owner of the account/know the TID. If you're looking to transfer a name yourself, please create a support ticket.
  • Why can't I purchase credits?
  • We removed the ability to purchase credits mid 2018. If you still have any credits, they can be used to queue snipes yourself. If you'd like to snipe a name but do not have any credits, please refer to the snipe shop system.
  • Can I factor in my existing credits into the cost of a snipe?
  • Absolutely! For each credit you wish to factor in, we'll deduct $5 from the cost.
